IF you decide to rent a scooter...Make SURE you get ALL the information you need to run it. We got home with a needed rental and did NOT know about the gears associated with it...as a result we couldn't get the darn thing to move and were VERY disappointed as we had a handicapped person staying with us. They WERE very kind in refunding our money which was VERY appreciated. Maybe ask if they can print a "how to" sheet in case you run into problems.

Sue and her team are awesome! I met Sue through my Rotary club, and we have also had the chance to be a client of Mobility Scooters & More. She is truly someone who exemplifies the Rotary motto of "Service above self" in everything she does. My father-in-law recently moved to town and needed a scooter to get around. Sue helped him to determine the right model for his needs and had it delivered the same day. Trust, integrity and great customer service... problem solved! It's great having Sue and her company in the community when these needs arise. Our family would highly recommend Mobility Scooters & More!

My wife and I LOVE the staff here. They really care. Never once did we ever feel like they were just trying to sell us stuff. Let's face it, they are there to supply items of need, not wants. No one wants to need their products but the fact is that some of us do. They are caring and compassionate and that comes through in every conversation you have with them. It is obvious that their primary goal is to assist people in improving their quality of life. They really go above and beyond.

I had the best experience ever. The staff were pleasant and kind. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. I found my medical store!!!
