Efficient and great service. I am not able to get to a phone often during the day so the text reminders and reports are great! I know my Jeep will make it to 300K miles with their help!
Unfortunately, the high star reviews are misleading. These guys charge 3-4x more than they should be charging. Quoted me over $400 to fix my alternator. Just took it out, took it to Generator Exchange on 44th and Clay in Denver, he refurbished it for $80 and then we put it back in, in 15 minutes. Runs like a champ. Don’t waste your money on these people! Also, based on the reply I just got, I called again to ask about buying a refurbished one through you all and you quoted me $300... Still doesn't make sense. Sorry....
I've been going to Pellman's since I moved to Boulder 7 years ago. They extremely knowledgeable, honest, and do great work. Many times Dan has told me that I don't have to do a certain maintenance and it can wait. I also love that they have shuttle service.
A repair shop I trust. I was there years ago when Brad first opened his own shop. He's built a great team. They care about their customers and it shows.
Nice people who likely do great work. But it is definitely over priced like most auto places. They were going to charge me 294 for a part and another 160-175 for labor to install said part. I was able to find the part I needed at Oriley for 162 bucks with all the same warranty and it took me (someone who knows a bit about cars and minor repairs) 15-20min to pull the old part and get the new one in. It is a shame because I live close and this was my first attempt to find a good auto place that doesn't find a way to get every last dime out of a job. Again very nice people but definitely overpriced. I suggest looking around and pricing things out. If your in a hurry to get a job done they will do it right and in a timely manner just know you will likely be paying a bit more. (Since the comment they posted) First off I knew what parts were causing the problem and they still charged me 64 dollars to do a diagnostic which I thought included way more than it did. Secondly my car is a very basic 2007 jeep so there is not that much "new" technology in it at all. And third, no way should any auto place charge $100+ more on a part than you can get yourself very easily not to mention upwards of $160 in labor for a 15 minute and likely much less for an experienced mechanic. Sure they are nice and do good work hence 2 stars instead of 1 star but that isn't worth paying well over 300 dollars for a job that takes them 10 minutes. To break down the cost, it was going to be over $500 ($504) for a job that cost me $163 for the part and 15 min of my time. Just do your research.

Such friendly service and even emails to document my car’s appointment with a picture of a potential problem. I was impressed with the comraderie of the staff and comfort of the waiting room. They even have bikes you can borrow to ride around while you are waiting. Highly recommend.
I have been there only once and I had a great service. I needed to change my transmission fluid and I went there to do it. They checked the car and confirmed that my transmission fluid needs to be changed and said that I have less fluid in my car. They asked me to leave it with them and pick up later but I was driving to Aspen that day so I couldn’t. I overheard the person who was helping me talking to the owner in his office asking him if they can get it done fast. I was really amazed by the owner’s reply. He told him that they can’t get it done in that day but they didn’t want me to drive on low fluid, so he told him to top the transmission fluid with some extra as a temporary support and they will work on the car when I get back. They did that for free in addition to changing some fuses in the car. Further more, when I eventually went there after I got back to get the service done, they told me that it will cost about $250, but when I went to pick it up, they only charged me about $200 saying that my car did not need fluid as much as expected. Very honest and truthful service that makes you comfortable dealing with them. Thank you!
