About a year ago my neighbor Reba and i were talking about fixing a problem with my car and at that time i did not really know where to take it until she mentioned RATIONAL and i said Rational! and she said YES..Long story short! when i retired from IBM in 1995 i went to work for a Auto Parts Store delivering parts to people like Paul and that was it! i remembered back when the store people use to recommend Paul as very good and someone that you could trust, it was that easy, but being an old guy i had forgot about Paul until i heard the word RATIONAL. he has since worked on two of my vehicles and will continue...

Paul and his team are absolutely wonderful and kind. Paul is excellent with communication, honest and very fair when it comes to pricing. I was unhappy with the poor service I was receiving from the dealership. I am very grateful to have found such a great shop!

We had a punctured tire that couldn't be repaired, but Paul managed to get a matching tire for us to save us from having to buy 2. It's great to have a service provider thinking about my bank account over their own.

Don't bring your car here. They wanted to charge me $2,650 to change an ABS control module. Googled it and saw it should cost about $550 to $700.
