I just purchased a 1250 GS Exclusive , and What can I say? This was an amazing experience, from the moment I contacted Todd in sales to the final sit down with Chris in financing the team at Bob's BMW was stellar.
I've never had anything but excellent service at Bob's. The staff are always extremely helpful and the service department has been outstanding every time I've been there. The apparel assistance is always spot on. The staff is always listening and offering great suggestions
Just purchased a s1000rr with the help of salesmen Jim. He was very friendly, easy to talk to and didn't pressure me into buying the bike nor did I feel judged by him for not buying the bike a few days earlier. Highly recommend Jim to help you with your questions, needs and buying a bike. Parts sales guy Brandon was cool too. After buying the s1000rr Brandon helped me look at some fender eliminator kits he was very knowledgeable about the parts and gear too that they have for sale in the showroom. Last but not least Bob himself came out to hand me my keys, and let me tell you he's a good guy and down to earth. Would recommend Bob's BMW to anyone !
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were more concerned with getting me what I wanted than pushing a sale. Large selection of bikes to view and sit on. I enjoyed my visit and hope to come here again!
These guys were the best to work with. Chris stayed over two hours after closing time to get my paperwork processed because I had my heart set on riding it home that day, and Citibank was being their useless worthless selves, and Jim was a pleasure to work with during the sale. I ended up buying some gear to go with it and they threw in the perfect tail bag for the bike. I usually avoid dealers and prefer private mechanics, but Bob's converted me. I'll definitely be a long-term customer.

Outstanding regional BMW Motorrad dealer. I came all the way from NYC to buy a motorcycle at Bob's. Customer service and attention to small details are over the top. They found me the bike I was looking for in a matter of hours and had it ready to go in a couple of days. They also have a huge inventory of new and used bikes and a great selection of accessories, gear, and helmets. They also have a huge online presence. I was referred to Bob's by a friend and I will be referring all my friends there, too! Paris really took care of me in every way. I really felt like a million bucks there. Bob even came out to greet me and make the whole experience more personal. Amazing job guys. Well done.
Bob's is where you go when you want quality gear and service. The sales staff is knowledgeable and attentive without being hovering. There's a personalized aspect to the way Bob's treats folks both in their service department and in their apparel department. I've never felt pressured to but things or like an outsider (due my bike being a Suzuki that wasn't purchased there). I happily drive/ride past at least 5 other shops on my way to Bob's and I'm always grateful for having made the trip.
Very bad service. I will never go there and I will let all my friend go there. They just want to take your money just that is it. I had a Porsche key on my chain when they see that they see money and try to pull you all kind of issues. I just move Virginia to Maryland so I needed inspection. Tony Rouse told me $81 inspection? I told him, When I was coming when I speed up fast, I felt some pull. Could you check this problem also? He said $81 inspection and $125 for check problem. I waited 1 hours. After than he told inspection $81 and $427 other fixed. I told him I have little bit money issue but please fixed it. I waited another 3 hours. After that he said everything finished but I didn’t pass the inspection. Another $500 for something break and other problems and If I can pay another $500, they can fix right away. I said why you didn’t tell me before. I could wait for all repair or I could pay only for inspection problem. Later, I talk with general manager but all people same. I am very disappointed. I will never go there again.
