I've purchased multiple motorcycles here, traded a couple too, with great results. Sales and sales management are top notch and fair. Service does a great job on new and older bikes, really know their stuff. Even the motorclothes department is helpful and knowledgeable.

Besides buying my most recent bike here, I always stay on the lookout for their close-out and holiday sales. I've scored major discounts on riding gear and apparel that I haven't been able to match anywhere else! Hourglass is kind of like a one-stop shop for me lately.

I bought from NJ and had a great experience talking to Mark on the phone, he was always ready to answer questions, sent me pictures and videos of the bike showing knowledge and courtesy during all the steps. I’m really happy with my Thruxton and recommend their store to anyone thinking about getting a motorcycle. Thanks again Mark and staff. 💨

Like I always tell people: I don't mind paying people, if they do a great job. This place is a perfect example of that. Knowledgeable, super friendly guys, and I've never had an issue with any work done here. I have bought two motorcycles from Kyle and his team within the past 2 years. I highly recommend this place!

Corey and Amanda did an outstanding job and I would drive the 5 hours again for that level of service. Even though Amanda looked very natural that day, while attempting not give away her true age lol.

Have not used a service department in a long time. But these guys, Gary, David and Phil were the absolute best! I would not hesitate at all to use them again!

Had a bit of a chip on my shoulder in regards to Dealers after some awful problems with the BMW dealer in Greenville, SC. Stopped in here on several occasions, most recently to purchase a battery...very pleased, great shop and very helpful...sales folks are very knowledgeable about the bikes and open and honest about all promotions. Absolutely a no pressure attitude and great place to visit. Got my battery and several days later my new Triumph to add to the stable... Highly recommended....Thanks to Corey for your patience and knowledge of the Triumph brand... Update.. Went in on a rainy Saturday.. Just to say hi..and snoop around, they sold me a Thruxton R.... good folks over here.

Where to start? Kyle, Amanda and Corey showed up ON A SUNDAY to deliver my bike (as well as someone else's)! Granted it was end of year and they wanted to get a couple bikes out the door but what dealer that isn't normally open on Sunday shows up to deliver bikes? Outstanding service! I've been visiting Hourglass for the last few years looking at bikes but I hadn't found anything I couldn't live without, that is until the 2019 GS Adventure with the new 1250 motor became available. Frankly, I wasn't even looking to buy a bike when I stopped by that Saturday but Amanda was adamant that I take one of the new 1250s out test ride. Never mind that the roads were still drying from all the rain we'd had, they were fine cleaning the bike after I did the test ride. I was clear that I had no intention of buying a bike and if I were to buy one, it would be a GSA, not the GS they had on the floor. Didn't matter, so off I went on the test ride and here I am the proud owner of a 2019 GSA. I waited a couple weeks to post this review b/c I wanted to see what working with the service department was like as well. I had my first service completed on Saturday (Hourglass covered the first service) and I can report it was a great experience. They went over the check list they had, based on BMW's requirements for first service, and explained what services would be performed. They offered to store my helmet and jacket while I waited. Once done, they called me to notify me. I waited up in the sales area where there's plenty of stuff to look at but also places to sit while you wait. They went over the work that had been performed and then asked if I had my user manual so they could fill out what services were performed in the back of the book. I do have one outstanding warranty related item to address but they are already working with me on getting it completed. I also had the black aluminum side cases installed that day, photo included below. All in all, this is a great dealership to do business with from the sales to the service department.

I took out two bikes back to back for about 4 hours trying to make a decision. Sadly things changed shortly after, so no new bike for me, But these guys are truly pros a must visit. I could not recommend Kyle and his team enough truly AWESOME !
