I haven't visited Hollywood Electrics in person (yet!) but I purchased some parts for my Zero bike over the phone. Harlan, Maria, and the rest of the staff were fantastic, and were happy to answer my many questions via both phone and email. My upgrade worked well - thanks Hollywood Electrics!

They are the most experienced Zero Motorcycle dealership in So. Cal. I purchased my 2018 Zero DSR from another dealer closer to my home. Since then, Hollywood Electrics has helped me with service and parts questions. Maria is especially knowledgeable and friendly. The best.

I bought (financed, yay they finance!) a 2016 Zero FXS during that summer. They were very helpful with the financing process and making sure this was going to be the right bike for me not just for a few months but long term! Almost two years later I’m happy I got the FXS and ride it every day rain or shine! Service is awesome too. I get my tires and brakes done by Tyler and while he is at it always does a firmware update to make sure the electronics stay current (no pun intended). Thank you Hollywood Electrics!

Have been sending email after email to store owner but no reply. Terrible customer service and arrogant attitude. Would do well to learn some courtesy and manners. Am happy to remove this review if someone finally gets in contact.
