After hearing about hybrid bikes from a few people and reading up about it online, I decided to take my wife and three kids to Baltimore Hybrid Pedals to give it a try. They had bikes that fit everyone’s size; a good selection of bikes. Those who work there were very helpful and knowledgeable about the bikes. I would highly recommend giving hybrid bikes a try.

I had a great experience at the bike shop. We were looking at models to rent and buy and the owner Mario was extremely knowledgeable, and shared many products with us that we could test drive in the lot and we had a great time and I would highly recommended to anyone and I look forward to earning one myself before too long.
It was a fantastic establishment. They really took care of us. Me and my girlfriend went there to get bikes. It was absolutely awesome. We rented them out for the day. I do sales, and we're actually considering purchasing one or two of them in the near future, but they were great customer service everything is awesome, and I highly recommended it as a great day outing for someone to do.
I've had a great experience there they are really responsive and professional. The bikes are high quality and really fun to ride. I love that there is a variety of styles and sizes. They allow test drives and the rental prices are very reasonable, and they run specials pretty often. Great location, really cool place, great for the environment, and a nice way to beat the traffic.
We had booked an ebike tour on an upcoming vacation and wanted to get the feel of the bikes beforehand. We rented two bikes on a recent afternoon, when Mario was in the shop. He was extremely helpful in matching us to the right bikes, and even gave us an extra battery as we were taking the bikes outside the city and he did not want us to run out of juice. As for the bikes - they were awesome. They definitely levelled the playing field for us, as my husband is a stronger rider than I. The bikes made a nearly 20 mile ride easy and very enjoyable. Five well earned stars!
I bought a bike there and both the owners were really awesome. I wanted to put the bike together myself and so Don helped me put it together at his store, and I have 80 miles on my electric bike already, and it's within less than a month and I ride to work every day. It's awesome. I could not have a better experience.
I highly recommend Hybrid Pedals. The owners are extremely professional and responsive. They are very knowledgeable about the bikes and really take the time to answer questions. I just bought a bike from there and I'm thrilled with it. They have lots of different models and sizes and I was able to do test drives to find the right one for me. I love the bike it is so fun, easy to ride, and a great way to get around the city and to and from work. I love this place, great shop, great location, great owners, and a great selection.
I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I've had on a bike. I really enjoyed how fast the bike can go. When your tired of peddling just cruise electronically. I'll definitely be using them again.
Stopped in today for a bike chain and tune up and I couldnt be happier with the results. John, the mechanic who worked on my bike, was very knowledgeable and showed me some of the basics when replacing the chain. He quickly tuned the bike up and straightened the front disc rotor and tightened the front assembly and what can I say, the bike feels like new. Overall 100% satisfied and will return.
I love this shop. The owners, Mario and John, are responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They have a great selection of electric bikes - various sizes, models, and styles. They helped me find the right bike for my size, purpose, and budget. I love riding it to work and around town for errands and events. It's often much faster than sitting in traffic. It's also more fun and less stressful. I can pedal normally or with some electric assist (for hills) or full throttle to get through city intersections quickly. The battery lasts for about 20 miles and is easy to take off and charge each night. I also love that I am supporting efforts to decrease pollution. I highly recommend checking out this awesome shop. It has a great location between Fells Point and Canton with a parking lot that is great for free test rides. I was hesitant at first but once I tried the eBikes, I was hooked!
Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly owners of the bike shop who we had the pleasure of dealing with on a Saturday. Owner, John, spent lots of time with us going over all the features, selections, etc., and we are very pleased with our purchase. Visiting this bike shop was well worth the travel from Richmond to Baltimore. I would highly recommend this shop to others. Love my new ELECTRIC bike which will now enable me to get up all the hills on The Virginia Capital Trail. Such a wonderful ride!
