Brought the bike in for carb tubing and leak down test.... a couple hours after drop get a call saying spark plug is stripped, won’t come out( head need to come for inspection and possible replacement). I send a tow truck to collect the bike and immediately start to inspect the bike. Spark plug comes out first try while being hand spun. Just as I remember I installed. I call Hugo and he apologizes for his lead mechanics incompetence. This almost cost me $2000 for work I didn’t need. The second star goes toward them being close to my house for parts and the counter guys willing to dig through boxes to help me find small individual parts. Beware of service if your not good with mechanicals. I got lucky I took the bike back so fast. I get held to high standards in my industry. I would like to think motor mechanics would do the same.....
I came here multiple times and I had the WORST service ever. The floor people were rude, and extremely unhelpful. When I asked for an explanation for the difference between two scooters, I was told "ones 150 and ones 300, duh." When I asked for the price, I was told to read the label. As I was sitting on the different scooters, the sales person was sitting on a different motorcycle a few meters away on his phone and I would have to repeat myself multiple times before I got a half-assed answered. I literally live across the street and traveled to another dealer to get mine because the service here was so bad, it wasn't even worth the convenience of being so close.

I made the big mistake to bring my Motorcycle to this thief shop twice and I just want to make sure none gets ripped off like they tried to do with me. The first time I brought it in for a service and ask about some small repairs and: 1- the service was not done, I was told the bike is fine but they didn’t check anything, bot the oil, the tires or the break pads but I still got charged 2 - there was a spring to be changed in the kickstand but they pretended to say that if I wanted the kickstand fixed I should have changed the kickstand but also get a all new frame for a total of $800( the springs are less than $20) The second time was a bigger deal, I needed to change the clutch and only in labor they quoted me a minimum of 12hr labor. I’m not an expert but not even so stupid so I called two more dealers and both Told me that at the most would be 5/6 hours. I don’t know why they tried to ripped me off but I wanted to share their behavior before someone else get the same experience

As a woman rider some shops treat me 2nd class, not here. This place is 2 thumbs up. Hugo and his service guys are excellent. My bike was running badly, choking out. I was afraid it was something awful. Very pleasant young man (I forget his name) checked me in, asked all about what was happening with my bike, looked it over, and listened to everything I had to say. Like a nurse getting all the info before the patient sees the doctor. I got a call back in less than 24 hours describing an ECM patch and a valve adjustment. While it was in I did a couple more things Hugo recommended (but not everything). Cost was fair, and now my baby runs better than ever. Smoother, no stutter, and it feels like it has more power, don't know. Also, the owner stopped me to say hello and thank me for the business. Old school! Waddaya know! I won't take my bike to anyone else ever again.
After several visits and getting my scooter worked on at their service I am definitely not going back or recommending this place to anyone. The staff has always been professional and seemed knowledgeable but make sure your ride is put together right when you leave and do a thorough check before you leave the shop.
Extremely helpful and informed staff! Transparent pricing, with attentive yet respectful salesmen who didn't upsell unnecessarily. I've got back for maintenance, and they are just as ethical with that.
This place is great. Hugo at the service department is so knowledgable and service-minded. As a first time bike owner it felt great to leave my bike with them for a general inspection, and I will definitely be coming back next time my bike needs service.
I have received the best possible service. Vic has a great attitude and went to extra lengths to make sure my bike was secure and got to the shop safe and sound. Would recommend this shop for all friends and family! 5 star service.
Great shop. Old school service. Everyone there rides. Great experience buying my Kawi. They take time with you and make really good recommendations. I'm thrilled with my decision and will definitely be back.
