I had my bike repaired and tuned up at Texas Cycle Werks for the first time last month, and they're awesome. Zach is patient with questions and will explain everything, and he is willing to stand behind his work. I had a problem a few days later, and he fixed it at no charge without pause. They do good work and stand behind it. Nice to have a quality bike shop right around the corner. If you're southwest, definitely check this spot out before driving to another part of town for bike repairs, parts, or even purchases.

Fixed the bike tire quickly

Awesome little shop, out of the hustle and bustle. Very friendly and helpful. I have a basic cruiser and I wasn't made to feel culturally belittled because I didn't have a fancy rig. They went the extra mile and even helped me load back into my truck. Definitely my "Bike Guys" now. Will be bringing my wife's bike in for a general once over now too.

Zach is the friendliest, most knowledgeable bike mechanic I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Don't hesitate to stop in if your in the area and in need of service, parts or just a solid recommendation of the trails in the area.

The shop is obviously built to meet the needs of serious cyclists. But the shop keeper took my bike out of the car, put it up on the rack, fixed the tires, and fixed a brake and wheel. He meticulously explained each each issue. Then he put my bike back in my car and sent me on my way without charging anything. Needless to say, I'm confident that this is where I'll go to find someone who will help me navigate my family's next bike purchase.
