Bought a new 2017 Dyna Wide Glide from Top Rocker and had custom rims installed. With less than 2000 miles on the bike the pulley bolts started coming off when I was going 70 MPH down the freeway! Thank God I heard it and pulled over. When I stopped the bike, two of the bolts fell off! Top Rocker took no responsibility at all, "it happens all the time", they told me! According to Santa Maria Harley who fixed the bike it does NOT happen all time, this was negligence plain and simple. The torqued bolts were not replaced and they did not use lock tight either. You know it must be pretty bad when the tow truck driver from Santa Maria (2.5) hours away, tells you that Top Rocker has a terrible service department and he refuses to take any bike there. Buyer Beware!

Walked in on a Saturday to check out some bikes , Derek VERY COOL DUDE showed me iron 883 , iron 1200 / special. Gave me lots of info about all 3 bikes. He knows his stuff. Came back the next day to test drive Iron 1200 / special around the block with Derek. I fell in love with the iron 1200. Run some paper , was approved 10mins , celebrated with gifts & rang the bell of brotherhood. I recommend TOP ROCKER HD to family & friends, VERY , VERY nice staff , helpful, respectful, clean , you name it. My 1st walk in turn out to be the best day of my life. I will return again for a 2nd Harley, looking at the 2019 FXDR

Totally ripped us off. Brought bike in for repairs. On way home on freeway, something else broke down they charged usagain. They apparently didnt fix the original problem. Or they broke something. The charging again. Was wrong. Never go back there again. Csbt trust their service

I’ve been to a lot of Harley shops and this one stands out by far. The staff was some of the coolest dudes and gals. I had a blowout on a ride hundreds of miles from home and this shop took care of me on a Sunday. Without question they saw the bind I was in and got me back on the road in no time. Big shout out to this shop. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.
