One of the best dealer experiences I've had so far. The staff is helpful, caring and it's obvious that they are not "just about the money" there. Jim from sales sold me my '15 Streetfighter and was very nice, professional and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Will definitely be coming there for all of my Ducati needs. Highly recommend.

Thanks guys, I was advised the Spark exhaust on the Ducati Scrambler would be the bomb. Looks cool and sounds incredible. Noticeable improvement in the performance. Great crackle when you back off. I was surprised how reasonable the price was. What's the next upgrade guys.

Everything went great until the day I walked in to buy the motorcycle and walked out due to very deceptive pricing policies. They advertised a certain price for the motorcycle (Cycle Trader) then added extra fees to bring the price back up to almost MSRP. In addition, the sales representative miss represented the pricing strategies that are clearly listed on the company's website, Facebook and Cycle Trader accounts. In summary, what a wasted opportunity to sell a motorcycle, sell over a thousand dollars in parts & accessories, financing/extended warranty and a long term service customer just to make a few dollars more on the front end of the purchase. Not a good way to run a business or how to represent the brands of Triumph and Ducati.

Excellent people and excellent service. I've bought and bike from them and have had all my maintenance done here. Never once felt let down by them. If anyone is interested in buying a Triumph or Ducati, I would highly recommend them. It's hard to find places these days that provide excellent service but this place is definitely one of them.

Staffs amazing... definitely a top knotch dealership with selections to choose....a big bay in back allows for maintenance from the same institute ....expert care and beautifully tucked makes the feel a moment of lifetime..you know you've just did something great
