Finally found a place to take my 650 GS where I feel that I am being treated well and pay a reasonable price to maintain my bike. After years of dealing with the Newbury Park arrogant guys this BMW no pretensions shop took care of my ride and set me up with a nice loaner for the two days my bike was at the shop. Top service and I plan to keep on being their customer.

I am a guy that spent his last dollar on a BMW that turned out to have big problems and I had little money to fix them. I went to WVCS and what they did for me was beyond my imagination. Their ACTIONS made it clear that they cared more about me and my safety than making a dollar. If you want great work at a fair price at a place where you know that they actually care about their customers - go to WVCS - you will be really glad you did!

These folks are the bomb! I came to them with a crazy "Can you put a sidecar on my R Nine T?" question. I had not bought my bike from them, because I did not know about this shop yet. They took on the project with gusto, and knocked it out of the park!

Worst experience I have had in years. Ruth is a bit senile now, this dealership has been there about 40 yers as I remember. Took my wife's BMW there and had the worst time of my life.

Did 12,000 mile service on my gs1200r and i am so happy with the entire experience. Had my bmw ready to go in 3 hours so i did not have to uber back and forth.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Took a long time to fix my bike and they even ask me to stop calling them because they are so important that they cannot pick up the phone and give you straight answers. First time I came there was to see the bike that I was intended to buy and I got snapped on by one of the owners even before I purchased They forgot to order parts send me away with the wrong air pressure and tension in my chain. It looks like they had enough of serving people and forgot what it’s all about. I was very sorry to fix my bike at the shop I will never enter it again. Not professional, not nice, do not enjoy giving service, basically I think they forgot that the clients are the ones who put you where you are and not the other way around. As I mentioned earlier I will never ever ever ever ever go back to that place again and anybody who asks me gets the same answer. One thing I will say the mechanics are very nice people, the owners are not.
